What to Expect
A typical TAR club day runs from approximately 10:00am to 4:00pm and is designed to suit both beginners and experienced players, with a strong focus on safety, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Who Can Play
Age Requirements
Age 12
- Parent or guardian must be present on the field
- Guardian may not be on an opposing team
- Guardian is responsible for safety and conduct
Ages 13–17
- May attend without parent on site (must be supervised by an 18+)
- Must create their own TAR account
- Must sign the club waiver themselves
- Parent or guardian must complete the guardian approval section
Ages 18+
- Create and manage your own account
- Sign your own waiver without guardian approval

Safety
Safety Requirements
⚠ Safety is the highest priority at TAR (Mandatory Requirements)
- Attend the pre-game safety briefing
- Follow marshal instructions at all times
- Wear full-seal eye protection at all times in the game zone
- Follow minimum engagement distances
- Call hits honestly and display good sportsmanship

Field & Farm Safety
TAR operates on private farmland. Please respect the land:
- Stay within designated game boundaries
- Be cautious around fences and farm hazards
- Do not disturb or approach livestock
- Use biodegradable BBs only
- 20km speed restriction on all farm access roads

TAR is a family-friendly club built around sportsmanship, honesty, respect, and teamwork. We welcome all skill levels. Abusive behaviour, intolerance, and disrespect are not tolerated.
New players are encouraged to ask questions, make friends, and enjoy the sport.
Before Your First Game
Waivers & Registration
Before attending your first game, you'll need to:
- Create your TAR player account
- Read and accept the club rules
- Complete the TAR waiver
- Complete the mandatory safety briefing before play
The waiver covers acknowledgement of risk, agreement to follow marshal instructions, safety obligations, medical consent, and agreement to follow TAR rules and the Arms Act 1983.
